There has to be a way to resolve this apolitically directly with the landowners, some one in the administration has to come up with an Ace. This issue is now fast becoming like a plague and is catching on like wildfire, cannot be resolved with an iron fist any longer.

And here we go again, this to show - is in the interest of the opposing political party, that this issue is NEVER and gives them an agenda to rule for years to come. They will be pretty much jobless in case any "Carte blanche" settlement is arrived at !
